PAY ON-LINE

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

Application(s) may be mailed, faxed or emailed to HCS and fee paid online.
If you have any questions regarding amount to be paid, please call the HCS office 931 593-2881.

Administrative Fee for one student - $130
Administrative Fee for two students in family - $195
Admin. Fee for three or more students in family - $260

There are no further Administrative Fees for additional students from the same family (regardless of number).

SET-UP FEES ARE FOR NEWLY ENROLLING HIGH SCHOOLERS.
An interview with parent, student and HCS Headmaster is required.
Call the HCS office for an appointment.

  Set-up Fee - $65

TRANSCRIPT FEES

When colleges ask for a transcript, they want an "offical" copy sent directly from HCS.  We need student name, S.S.#, and the name & address of college.  This information may be mailed, faxed or emailed to HCS.

  Official Copy of transcipt - $5

COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATION FEES

As high school courses are completed, the course grades must be certified and a fee paid in order for them to appear on the student's transcript.

  Course Completion Certification Fee - $5

HCS COURSE FEES

Unique to HCS are two courses required for graduation: Worldview and Southern History.
These are both a single semester in length.

  Worldview (text & tests) - $37
  Southern History (all materials with CDs) - $140
                                           Refund of $15 at end of course for return of CDs.
  Southern History (all materials without CDs) - $125
