LEGAL

Center for Homeschool Liberty”All families enrolling with Heritage Covenant receive a year of free legal protection upon application, a complimentary first-year membership in Homeschool Legal Advantage (a $50 value!).
     The Center for Homeschool Liberty is a division of the National Center for Law and Liberty (NCLL). CHL has a team of experienced homeschool parents, fourteen (14) full-time attorneys, over 200 affiliated-attorneys throughout the United States, and over 8,000 educational freedom related cases successfully defended.

The Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is another option.
     The HSLDA monitors federal and state legislation and maintains relationships with key legislators as well as with other pro-family organizations.
     The cost for a family's membership in the HSLDA is $115 per year.
